An Arizona native, Carol Ann Loeb attended Northern Arizona University for her undergraduate studies, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in both Music Education and Cello Performance. In Arizona, she has performed with the Phoenix Metropolitan Opera, the Arizona Opera, and the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra.
Carol Ann moved to Colorado and received her Master’s Degree in Cello Performance from the University of Northern Colorado in 2013. She performed as a soloist with the UNC concert choir and was the winner of the 2012 Southard competition, chamber division.
Carol Ann has taught a multitude of ages, ranging from elementary string orchestra to university string technique and pedagogy classes. She is currently site coordinator and lead string teacher at Harmony Stockton. Harmony Stockton is an after school program in Stockton under the direction of the University of the Pacific and the Stockton Symphony.
