An Arizona native, Carol Ann performed with the Arizona Opera, the Phoenix Metropolitan Opera, and the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra. In 2010 she moved to Colorado to pursue a Master’s Degree in Cello Performance. She was Co-Principal of the University of Northern Colorado’s Symphony Orchestra, a soloist with the university’s Concert Choir, and was the winner of the 2012 Southard Competition-Chamber Music Division.
Carol Ann currently records as a studio musician for collaborative projects. She has recently recorded for short films, commercials, and has been featured as a solo guest cellist. She has played with the Stockton Symphony and performs with her husband, Chase Loeb, in their duet, Music with Strings Attached.
In addition to cello performance, Carol Ann has had a dual career in education and pedagogy. She loves sharing her passion for music with students of all ages and levels.
Carol Ann also enjoys photography and engaging in her local community by hosting events at her downtown Lodi venue, The Middle C.
